Enjoying the Outdoors with Some Wonderful Friends

It is so great finding another married couple with the same values and enjoy to do similar things as us. This weekend J and I plus 2 other couples drove to Burnet, TX to visit the beautiful Inks Lake State Park.  This was J and mine first camping experience and it was great.

We also went to Longhorn Caverns. It is an underground cavern formed by a river. It was neat to experience the coolness of the cave and laugh at JT having to bend over (short person's revenge). The caverns were used by the Indians, as a church, as a speakeasy, as a hideout, and of course for a Willie Nelson concert. It was a short getaway but JT and I had so much fun enjoying God's creation in the beautiful hill country.
