This has been my view for the past few days. (Normally with a couple of 16 y/o boys filtering in and out) Summer baseball has begun! I am excited about the boys the husband recruited. They have fantastic parents..and being the wife of a coach, not having a kid on the field, and not knowing anyone...it is a pretty great thing to have fantastic parents. Yes I go to the games: (1) to support the husband, (2) to communicate to parents for the husband, and (3) because I love the game.
Season 2:
The books are back out but this time with a direct purpose. In 3 weeks I leave the husband for 4 days a week (bittersweet tear)and move to East Texas to begin my internship. They are gonna let me work with REAL people. I hope to fill you in as I go. For now I know it will be for 3 months, outpatient setting, 11 hour days and loads of practice. CPR renewal is complete, orientation done, all that is left is TB shot and to get started. Check out more on OT at AOTA.
Busy time but we are excited and thriving!
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
