Lets see..my amazing mother stayed with us for a few days due to a wedding of some pretty special friends:
The day after the wedding we went to Third Monday Trade Days and I finally got it!
Ignore all the mess and you will see my shutter door headboard...I am still trying to figure out paint and exact placement.I looked for scrabble pieces while I was there and did not find any..UNTIL Father's Day.(Happy Father's Day for such an amazing DAD...I give him half credit for the husband. Dad was the example I looked for!) The husbands grandfather gave me some!
It is all coming together and I cannot wait til Christmas to show off my other finds that will be given as Christmas gifts.
In the meantime this is what my brother was doing while mom was out of town:
yes it is a gator in my Uncle's pond...and yes he dove in and got it ..after shots were fired of course
The Swamp brother came to visit right after mom left. Kinda loving the family and wishing we had more than a one-bedroom apartment. Now this is how you treat a 17 year old to a good meal:
Off to another baseball game and to start packing for the next season starting on Monday...more posts on this to come!
