Baseball Break!
Baseball has been on break for the past couple of weeks. This means that I get the husband for dinners at night! It also means that all the outdoor toys are out of their hiding places. So the golf bag, bikes, fishing poles, and discs are ready to be used. We have been on the bikes at least once or twice a week and I gave up the fight of the fishing poles. They will have a new home on the living room floor. (Looking forward to the garage one day.) This past weekend we went to the lake for the husband and his buddy to get some fishin in. Don’t get me wrong: I actually enjoy fishing, but this time I did not want to buy a license so I read and enjoyed the outdoors. Although it was windy and cool and no fish decided to be my dinner, we still had a great time. There is nothing better than being tired because you spend 5+ hours outside.
