Pulled Pork...a work in progress

This recipie is so easy to make. I am working how I cook it so J will love it. Last night he liked it, so I am getting close.


Start by placing pork roast on crock pot.

Add the sauce and coke to the meat and pot. I used Dr. Thunder because it was what we had in the fridge. I put in just enough to cover the meat to marinate.

Leave the meat in the crock pot on low for about 5-6 hours. Check with the meat thermometer to ensure doneness. (170 degrees F)

Pull apart and enjoy :). J and I added some more sauce and made a sandwhich.
Yum Yum! Plus no cooking for a couple of days.
